Alleviating poverty through job creation

We believe that the most effective way to alleviate poverty is to give people the means to generate a sustainable income. We enable this to happen by providing Associates with jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities that pay a fair price for their skill-set and which usurp the perceived “wage limits” of their country of origin. We understand that the least economically advantaged do not want donations, loans, or temporary funding programs to alleviate their situation: they want work.

Generating profits through social entrepreneurship and reinvesting them in the organization to achieve growth

We believe that social entrepreneurship can change the way that labor markets operate. To maximize our impact, we need to grow as quickly as is practical and our operations need to be lean and efficient. As a non-profit social enterprise, we are committed to generating sustainable profits and reinvesting them in Puentes Global to maximize our reach and impact.
